HS29 Review

When it comes to BDSM, the world of sex machines offers a fascinating intersection of technology, power dynamics, and pleasure. These devices, once seen as niche or overly mechanical, have evolved into sophisticated tools that enhance exploration, consent, and connection within BDSM play. For some, they embody the ultimate expression of control, offering precise customization of sensations that range from gentle teasing to overwhelming stimulation. For others, they’re about surrender—relinquishing control to a partner or even the machine itself, creating an intensely submissive experience.

In BDSM, where boundaries and consent are paramount, sex machines provide a unique way to explore edges safely and consistently. From app-controlled machines that allow for remote domination to those designed to integrate seamlessly with bondage setups, these tools expand what’s possible in scenes while reinforcing trust and communication. Whether you’re curious about incorporating them into a power exchange dynamic or simply intrigued by the creative potential they bring to intimate encounters, sex machines are redefining what it means to play, pushing boundaries both literally and figuratively.

For today's review, we will be looking at the Hismith & Wildolo Intelligent APP Controlled Sex Machine AKA The HS-29

Delivery

Unboxing the HS-29 was a journey that built up a sense of anticipation. Tucked within three plain brown shipping boxes was the prize: a sleek black box adorned with the Hismith and Wildolo logos. The elegant Damask pattern on the exterior added a touch of sophistication, making it clear this was no ordinary package. Alongside it was a smaller, simple brown box that housed the attachments, hinting at the excitement to come.

Inside the main box, the HS-29 machine was carefully arranged, each piece snugly cushioned in a polyethylene insert for protection. It was clear from the packaging that care was taken to ensure everything arrived in perfect condition. The polyethylene compartments were also stored in a plain black nylon bag, a thoughtful addition for easy storage. On the other hand, the accessory box felt a bit less polished. While the attachments were individually packaged or wrapped in some cases, there was no extra padding, which might make transport feel slightly less secure. Despite this minor issue, the unboxing was an exciting prelude to the main event—assembling and using the HS-29.

assembly

At the bottom layer of the carry case, you’ll find everything you need for assembly neatly organized and safely tucked into a custom polyethylene insert. The thoughtful arrangement keeps everything secure and easy to locate, making setup a breeze.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • 2 Legs to provide a sturdy foundation.

  • 2 Feet for added stability.

  • 2 Leg Extensions to adjust height or angle.

  • 1 Thrusting Bar for the machine’s core functionality.

  • 2 Allen Keys for quick and easy assembly.

Everything is designed with practicality in mind, ensuring the assembly process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

To begin assembling your machine, follow these steps for a smooth and efficient setup:

  1. Attach the Feet to the Legs
Use the provided Allen Key to loosen the bolt on each foot. Slide the leg into the designated slot and securely tighten the bolt. This ensures a stable foundation for your setup.

the grips firmly to lock the legs in place.

Adjustments

photo_2024-12-14_23-14-34.png

The HS-29's design is impressively user-friendly, thanks to its T-bar legs and quick-release grips. These features allow you to adjust the machine to various angles, accommodating up to forty-five degrees up or down, to find the perfect position for your comfort and play style.

Height versatility is another highlight. The HS-29 can be positioned as low as 5 inches off the floor or raised to 24 inches, giving you options to tailor the setup to your space and preferences. This combination of adjustable angles and height makes it easy to create a customized experience that feels natural and effortless.

Measurements

When fully assembled with its leg extensions installed, the HS-29 measures twenty-nine and a half inches long, twenty-five inches tall, and fourteen and a half inches wide. These dimensions make it incredibly versatile. The overall size and aesthetic of the machine are ideal for creating video content, offering a bold on-screen companion for any solo content creator.

At the same time, it is compact enough that you can store it fully assembled without hassle.

Thrust depth and RPM

Adjusting the HS-29 to your preferences is straightforward and user-friendly. To modify the thrust depth, locate the adjustment knob near the back of the machine’s front face. Simply loosen the knob, slide the thrust bar along the motor arm to your desired position, and tighten it back in place. This mechanism allows you to customize the stroke length anywhere between one inch and six inches, providing a variety of options to suit different preferences or moods.

When it comes to speed, the HS-29 offers incredible flexibility. With a range starting at a leisurely 40 thrusts per minute (40 RPM) and going up to an intense 480 thrusts per minute (480 RPM) rounded down, the machine ensures there’s something for everyone.

Safety First: Always turn off the machine before adjusting the thrust depth. Attempting to make changes while it’s running can damage the device or, worse, cause injury. Taking a moment to ensure the machine is off is a simple step that keeps everything running smoothly—and safely.

connecting an attachment

The HS-29’s KlicLok system is all about making your experience simple and seamless. Attaching accessories is a breeze—line up the metal hexagon on your attachment with the hexagon hole on the front of the thrusting arm, slide your KlicLok-compatible toy into place apply pressure, and let it click securely. That satisfying "click" reassures you that everything is locked in and ready for action.

When it’s time to switch things up or pack away your toy, the process is just as smooth. Pull back on the release lever, and the attachment pops out effortlessly. No tools, no fuss—just an intuitive system that keeps everything secure while making changes quick and hassle-free.

Controls

The HS-29 gives you two easy ways to take full control of your experience.

Wired Controller:
The wired controller is simple to use and packed with functionality. The Hismith logo isn’t just for looks—it’s a button! A quick press powers up the controller, lighting it up to show it’s ready to go. Hold it down for four seconds to turn everything off, or give it a quick tap to reset the settings back to zero.

To adjust the speed, just turn the dial on the right side. It lets you choose from 100 different speed levels, so you can find the perfect setting for your mood. If you’re feeling adventurous, the button on the left cycles through eight preset thrusting patterns, giving you a variety of rhythms at the press of a button.

Wildolo App:
If you’re a fan of tech, the Wildolo App takes the experience up a notch. It offers advanced features and customization options that let you fine-tune your session even further. For a full review of the app and everything it can do, check out the link

Extras

One of the coolest little perks of the HS-29 is the LED speed indicator light on the back of the machine. It doesn’t just look great; it’s also pretty handy. As you adjust the settings, the light changes colors, starting with a soft light blue at slower speeds and shifting to an intense red at the highest setting.

This feature is both practical and fun—it’s like having a built-in mood light that syncs with your play. Not only does it give you a quick visual cue of how fast the machine is running, but it also adds a futuristic, playful vibe to the overall experience. It’s a thoughtful, stylish touch that makes using the HS-29 even more engaging.

Testing and Performance

product design 5/5

The Hismith HS-29 stands out for its sleek, functional design. The layout is thoughtfully crafted, with a long controller wire that ensures ease of use when the machine is in operation. The power supply cable is generously long, making it versatile for various room setups. Its thrusting power strikes the perfect balance—strong enough to handle intense use but sensitive enough to halt safely if there’s any resistance, ensuring user safety.

easy to use 4/5

The HS-29’s controls are intuitive and user-friendly, allowing for seamless operation. Adjusting the machine's angle, however, can be a bit challenging. While this might seem like a drawback, the difficulty reflects the solid, reliable locking mechanisms that keep the machine stable during use. Switching attachments is straightforward; the KlicLok system allows toys to snap into place with a satisfying click. Releasing them is just as easy—pull the slide release, and the attachment pops out. However, holding the thrusting bar steady during removal is recommended, as the brushless motor can turn under light pressure.

easy to clean/ Maintenence 5/5

Maintenance for the HS-29 is refreshingly simple. Thanks to its magnetic motor and sealed gearbox, the upkeep involves minimal effort. A light application of heat-resistant gear oil every three months to the rod’s motor and machine contact points ensures optimal performance. Cleaning is equally hassle-free. Since the machine is rarely exposed to fluids, (being out of range in most cases) a gentle wipe with a sanitizing cloth typically suffices. For more extensive cleaning, a damp cloth is enough to restore its sleek look. In other words the HS-29 is relatively low-maintenance.

noise level 3/5

At its highest setting, the HS-29 reaches a noise level of approximately -40 dBFS, slightly louder than a typical conversation (-50 dBFS). The measurement, taken from a foot away with a Galaxy A14 microphone, highlights the potential noise concerns in quieter settings.

In terms of vibrations, the machine generates a max acceleration of 600 mm/s at ~50 Hz at top speed. This equates to about six times the impact of a regular step or roughly the noise level of a small hop. To address this, placing the machine on 1–2 inches of sound-dampening padding can significantly reduce vibrations and noise, making it more discreet for use in shared spaces like apartments.

pros

    1. Thoughtful, safety-focused design.

    2. Easy-to-use controls with solid locking mechanisms.

    3. Low-maintenance cleaning and care.

    4. Versatile power supply and controller lengths.

cons

    1. Noise level can be intrusive at high settings.

    2. Adjusting angles is slightly cumbersome.

Final Thoughts

After spending some time with the Hismith HS-29, I can say it’s a standout in its category. The combination of power, precision, style, and user-friendly design makes it an impressive addition to any collection. I appreciated the versatility of its adjustable angles and the ease of switching attachments with the KlicLok system—it felt like the machine was designed with real users in mind.

That said, it’s not without quirks. The noise at higher speeds is noticeable and could be an issue in shared spaces, though sound-dampening pads help minimize this. Adjusting the angle, while secure once locked, takes a bit of effort and could be smoother. However, these small inconveniences are far outweighed by the HS-29’s overall performance and thoughtful safety features.

What truly stood out for me was the balance between power and control. The low-maintenance design means it’s built for the long haul. Whether you’re exploring slower, gentler settings or pushing it to its limits, the HS-29 delivers a consistently satisfying experience.

If you’re looking for a reliable, feature-rich machine that adapts to different needs, the HS-29 is a worthwhile investment. It’s not just a product—it’s a tool designed to enhance pleasure, and it does so with confidence and style.

That all being said the Hismith Wildolo HS-29 scored 17/20 giving it a rating of 8/10, and I highly recommend it
